SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you ship internationally?

No. We only deliver to street addresses in New Zealand.

What are the delivery charges?

All orders are delivered FREE within New Zealand!

How long will my order take to arrive?

Generally, allow 1-2 business days for delivery. Rural and some residential areas may need an additional day.

How will I know my order is on its way?

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track the package. If you have your tracking number, you can track your parcel at CourierPost

Can you deliver to a PO Box?

No. A physical New Zealand address is required.

Which courier company do you use?

CourierPost.

Can I cancel my order?

No. Once an order is placed it is packaged and sent as fast as possible. If you no longer want the product you can contact us by phone or email and we may be able to catch the order before it is collected by the courier. Unfortunately if the parcel is with the courier, please wait until you have received the order shipment and follow our return instructions to process for a FREE refund or exchange.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I would like to return my purchase. What do I do?

If the product is returned within 60 days of purchase in its original condition and packaging with proof of purchase, we can offer an exchange or refund. In order to receive a FREE return courier label, please email the team at info@patmenzies.co.nz (please remember to quote your order number).

I would like to return a gift that was sent to me. How do I do that?

Please call the Pat Menzies Shoes customer service team on 09 379 6130 for assistance returning a gifted item. They will need some information to find the account the gift was purchased with. You may need to provide either the phone number, first and last name, invoice number and/or email address of the account used to purchase the item.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

Between 5-10 business days for us to get your package, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. Some credit cards can take an extra 2-10 business days to process the refund.

I am returning an item purchased with a Gift Certificate or Gift Card, how does that work?

Orders with Gift Cards as payment will be refunded back to a Gift Card for your convenience. New Gift Card codes can be emailed to your email address on file.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Do you accept international credit cards?

Yes. However we can only ship to a physical address within New Zealand. Please note that International credit cards must be issued and contain a logo from either Visa, American Express or Mastercard.

What Payment Methods do you accept?

We use Afterpay as well as Payment Express, and accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay and all other cards supported by this system. We do not accept phone payments, Prezzy Cards, ASB True Rewards, checks or cash at this time.

How do I know my shoe size?

On our product page you will see a size chart link above the size selection box. For the product you are viewing this link will display the relevant brand’s sizing chart.

You can email, chat with us on Live Chat, or call our Customer Service Team on 09 379 6130 for more information on brands and their sizes.

I want to know if you carry a specific brand?

Click on the BRANDS located in the main navigation menu. From there you can view all the brands that Pat Menzies Shoes stock. Select a brand and narrow your search with the filters. To find out about new brands coming to Pat Menzies Shoes subscribe to our newsletter (via the website footer) and follow us on Instagram and Facebook.

Pat's Points

How do I earn Pat's Points?

You will earn Pat's Points with every purchase. For every $100 you spend, you will earn 10 Points. For example, if you spend $150, you will earn 15 Points. If you spend $40, you will earn 4 points.
1 Point = $1 to spend on your next purchase.

Do my Pat's Points Expire?

Yes, you have 24 months to redeem your points after your last transaction. If your account remains inactive after this time, your points will expire.

What can I spend my points on?

You can spend your points on any products online and instore whether on sale or full priced, excluding gift cards. For full T&C's see here.

I checked out as a guest then created an account, will I get my points?

You need to have a Pat Menzies Account online to get your points. If you checked out as a guest you will need to create an Account with the same email address and contact Customer Support to get your points added to your account.

Can I spend Pat's Points in store?

Yes! You can use your points earned online instore, simply give our staff your email address when purchasing.

Can I use Pat's Points earned instore online?

Yes you can, if you didn't set a password online when your instore account was set up you will need to create an online account with the same email address used instore to see your points online.
Please allow up to 3 hours for your Points to show in your online account.

Can I buy a Pat Menzies Shoes gift card?

Yes. You can purchase Gift Cards instore, or online here. You can specify any value and even add a personal message.

Do you do back orders?

No. Due to how often styles are changing in our store we don’t do back orders. If a size is out of stock you can contact us any time through email or call us during opening hours. If you have any other queries regarding stocked styles or sizes our Customer Service Team will assist you.

How can I write a review on a product?

You can write a product review with just 3 steps:
1. On any product page, scroll down and next to the description you will see a tab titled ‘REVIEWS’.
2. Once you click on that tab you will see a star rating section, and three text box sections. Please fill in as much information as you’d like. Then, click on the ‘Submit Review’ button.
3. Once you’ve submitted your review, it can take up to 5 business days for it to appear on the site.

How do I unsubscribe from any of your mailing lists?

There are two quick and easy ways to unsubscribe from our mailing list.
1. Click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of one of our email newsletters.
2. Email us any time at info@patmenzies.co.nz and one of our customer service team will unsubscribe your email address.
3. Call us during opening hours at 09 379 6130 and someone from our customer service team will take care of your request over the phone.

How do I use my Gift Certificate/Coupon Code?

Using your code is as easy as 1-2-3!
1. Place all of the items in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout
2. Under Order Summary, enter your gift card into the textbox "Discount code or gift card"
3. Click "Apply"

My email address has changed. How do I update this information to my current account?

Unfortunately, you are unable to change your email address for your account. Please contact Customer Support for more assistance.
