e-Gift Card Information

Online e-Gift Cards can be ordered in selected amounts between $20 and $1000. They are sent via email to any individual with a valid email address. The recipient of an e-Gift Card will receive an email with a gift message and code redeemable online or at any of our Rodd & Gunn Lodges (excludes Department stores concession).

To redeem a eGift Card, provide the card’s number code on the billing page of the checkout process. To check the balance of your online gift certificate, enter the number below. If you do not have a PIN number please enter '0000'.

Terms Of Use

  • You cannot purchase an online gift certificate with another gift certificate.
  • If the amount of your online gift certificates does not cover the total order amount, you will need to pay the remainder of the purchase with a valid credit card or via Paypal.
  • If the amount of your online gift certificates is for more than the total order amount, the balance will be stored against your gift certificate, so you can use the balance on your next purchase.

  • Online gift certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash (except where required by state law).
  • We cannot replace lost or stolen online gift certificates.
  • We do not charge sales tax when you buy an online gift certificate because it is charged when the gift certificate is used.
  • Online gift certificates are valid for 3 years after the date of issue.
  • Online gift certificates can only be redeemed online at roddandgunn.com/nz or instore at Rodd & Gunn lodges. This is not valid for use at department stores concession & The Lodge Bars.
