This Terms and Conditions document governs the use of Timberland online store including shopping and participation in promotions run by Timberland. You can access this Agreement at any time from the bottom of any page of the site.
Purchasing from Timberland.co.nz:
Timberland.co.nz gives customers convenient, easy and secure shopping. Products displayed on the site shopping areas can be purchased using a secure online credit card transaction facility. Customers can be confident that all their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfilment.
You will be given the option to register as a member of timberland.co.nz. Your shipping address details will be filed saving you the effort of entering these details each time you purchase. This is optional and purchases can easily be made without having to register.
New Zealand Sales Only:
We only sell and ship Products within New Zealand. We cannot make deliveries outside of New Zealand.
Pricing:
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (15% sales tax). All prices are correct at time of publication however, we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason.
Payment:
Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Debit Card, American Express and Account2Account.
Colours:
Every effort has been made to portray the colours of our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. However, because the actual colours you see depend on the monitor you are using, we cannot guarantee that the online display of any colour will be completely accurate.
Security:
We use the secure Hosted Payment page solution from DPS to process online orders. Customers can see their cards being authorised and debited in real time, all in an SSL secure environment. The Hosted Payment page enables us to offer customers a safe and speedy online shopping experience.
DPS is committed to protecting the security of your data. A variety of security technologies and procedures are used to help protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. When we transmit sensitive information (such as a credit card numbers) over the internet, we protect it using encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

Your right to use timberland.co.nz is personal to you. You are responsible for all your own use of the service. The sites content, information and advice is free of charge (unless otherwise stipulated). However, you are responsible for your own network and connection charges.
Children:
Timberland.co.nz will over time provide content and information which children may find interesting and may wish to access. However, no one under the age of 13 years can provide any personal information. Minors under the age of 18 years are prohibited from making purchases on the service.

GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Gift Cards are a convenient way to give the gift of Timberland® products. They are usable online at timberland.co.nz and at the Timberland® Concept Stores listed below.
Timberland Stores:
Timberland Newmarket, 203 Broadway, Newmarket, Auckland
Timberland Sylvia Park, Shop 69, Sylvia Park Shopping Centre, Auckland
Timberland Wellington, 55 Willis Street, Wellington
When purchasing a gift card online, simply choose a value from the dropdown menu. Your Timberland® Gift Card will be emailed to the recipient specified, an order confirmation will be sent to the sender address you enter. Alternatively, you can visit us in store to purchase, and specify any value. You can also add a personal message to the card carrier for in store purchases.
Gift cards not included in Sales.
Gift card redemption:
Timberland Gift Cards are redeemable at any Timberland Concept store, and online at Timberland.co.nz
View your balance:
To view your Gift Card balance, go to timberland.co.nz, add an item to your cart and follow the checkout process. At the checkout page, you will see a Timberland Gift Card section. Enter your barcode number and click ‘Check Balance’ to view your card balance. Alternatively, any Timberland Concept store can check your balance, either in person or over the phone.
Returns:
You may not return or cancel your Timberland Gift Card after it is dispatched. Purchasers who wish to cancel or re-direct a Gift Card purchase prior to its delivery to a recipient should contact us immediately via phone call.
Lost or stolen gift cards:
Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly.
Limitations:
You may not use a Gift Card to purchase other Gift Cards. Timberland Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or returned for a refund. Unused balances are not refundable or transferrable. Timberland is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Card value expires 24 months after date of issue.
Timberland Rewards dollars:
Timberland Rewards Dollars are not earned on the purchase of a Gift Card. Timberland Dollars can be earned when using a Gift Card as payment for full-priced items.
Delivery information and requirements for gift card purchasers:
All orders of Gift Cards are subject to a process that compares purchaser information provided on the website with information about the purchaser provided by the purchaser's financial institution. If there is a discrepancy, your Gift Card order may be delayed until it can be corrected.
If you have concerns about your order, please contact Customer Support. Please refer to your order number, or be ready to supply your email address.
We are not responsible for Gift Cards that are undeliverable or not received due to your failure to enter an accurate email address for the recipient. Please check to make sure the address of the recipient is correct and contact us if you suspect the recipient did not receive his/her Gift Card.
Acceptance of terms and conditions:
Purchasing a Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, which may change at any time.
TIMBERLAND REWARDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Timberland Rewards Dollars are given to a Member based on the final transaction value (which includes GST) (i.e. if a member uses Timberland Dollars, such as $50 off when you spend $150, the customer’s final transaction is $100, then Timberland Rewards Dollars will be awarded based on a $100 spend).
Timberland Dollars can take up to 24 hours before they are available for redemption.
At its sole discretion, Timberland may update a member account with Timberland Dollars as a consequence of a purchasing behaviour, incentive and/or promotional activities.
Timberland reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or vary the Timberland Rewards Dollars without notice and at any time.
Timberland Dollars cannot be sold, transferred or assigned and are not redeemable for cash or any other like instruments - including (but not limited to) gift vouchers and credit notes.
Timberland reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude certain items, quantities and promotions from being redeemed using Timberland Dollars.
All Timberland Rewards Dollars will expire after 18 months of account inactivity, this includes any transaction. Timberland reserves the right to change the expiry date of any Timberland Rewards Dollars at any time without prior notice.
Only Timberland Dollars from one Timberland Rewards account can be used per transaction.
Timberland Dollars are earned with every purchase (excluding sale and promotion items). Timberland Dollars earning rate is $1 per $20 spent. (i.e. a $360 purchase earns $18 Timberland Dollars which may be used on your next purchase).
You must have a valid and unique email address to join Timberland Rewards. Members can join online at timberland.co.nz or in any of our Timberland stores.
Timberland requires your name, and a valid email address to activate an account. Members can then add personal information and password online at timberland.co.nz.
Bonus Timberland Rewards for leaving product reviews are limited to one review per day and are subject to admin approval.
If you opt out of Timberland Rewards communications, your Timberland Dollars will be removed from your account.
If a purchase is refunded, your Timberland Dollars from the purchase will be deducted.
For Double Dollars promotions, your rewards balance will be doubled for the period of the promotion. At the end of the promotion, if your balance is higher than what it was at the start of the promotion, it will be halved when the promotion ends.

10% Welcome Discount Code expires 1 month after signing up via Timberland.co.nz and must be added at the Timberland.co.nz checkout prior purchase, in the Discount Code field or entered by a retail staff member in store.
Valid on full priced items only, excludes gift cards, shoe care products, belts, laces and shipping costs (if applicable).

Discount code may only be used once per customer.

SECOND PURCHASE DISCOUNT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
20% Second Purchase Code expires 2 months after your first purchase at either timberland.co.nz, Timberland Sylvia Park, Timberland Newmarket or Timberland Willis Street. and must be added at the Timberland.co.nz checkout prior purchase, in the Discount Code field or entered by a retail staff member in store.
